For the 2020 edition of York Design Week, I was one of 26 artists asked to create a letter for their outdoor exhibition, held in York Museum Gardens last November. I themed my letter- X – on the rich printmaking history York possesses, and in particular, Robert DeLittle. Collaged onto vintage paper from the year DeLittle died, you can also find nods to York’s railway heritage amongst DeLittle’s famous typography and design.
